Services

Five things we do, and we do them properly.

Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation about what is actually costing you time or money, then a written scope with a fixed price before anyone commits. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers you cannot exit.

01

Custom software

When off-the-shelf software nearly fits but not quite, businesses end up bending their operation around the tool — or worse, running the real work in spreadsheets beside it. We build the system that fits how you actually work.

What this covers

  • Internal systems — the thing your staff use all day
  • Customer-facing portals and web applications
  • Mobile applications for field teams and agents
  • Dashboards and reporting that reflect your real numbers
  • Replacing a spreadsheet that has quietly become critical

How it works

  • We map the current process with the people doing it
  • You get a written scope and a fixed price
  • We build in short cycles you can see and steer
  • We migrate your existing data across
  • You own the code and every account on delivery

02

AI automation and agents

The highest-value automation is rarely glamorous. It is the follow-up nobody sent, the data typed into a second system, the report rebuilt by hand every Monday. We find the repetitive work first, then remove it.

Automation audit

We sit with your team, map where the hours actually go, and hand you a costed plan — what to automate first, what it saves, and what it would cost. Useful even if you never hire us for the build.

Workflow automation

One painful process, automated end to end: quote to invoice, enquiry to CRM, order to fulfilment to reminder. It runs whether or not anyone remembers.

AI agents

Assistants that answer routine customer questions, draft responses, extract data from documents, or triage an inbox — with a clear line where a human takes over.

Document processing

Invoices, forms, statements and contracts read automatically and pushed into your systems, instead of being retyped by somebody.

Reporting on autopilot

The weekly report builds and sends itself, from live data, with nobody assembling a spreadsheet on a Monday morning.

Managed automation

A monthly arrangement where we keep automations running, fix them when a supplier changes an interface, and add new ones as you find them.

03

Systems integration

Most businesses do not need new software. They need the software they already pay for to stop being five islands. We connect your accounting, CRM, website, payments, inventory and support tools so a fact entered once appears everywhere it should.

Typical work

  • Website and CRM talking to each other properly
  • Payments reconciled into accounting automatically
  • Supplier or partner APIs connected to your systems
  • Data migration from a legacy system nobody can maintain
  • One source of truth instead of four disagreeing exports

What you get

  • An end to double entry, and the errors it causes
  • Numbers that agree across every system
  • Documentation of how the connections work
  • Monitoring, so a silent failure does not go unnoticed

04

Digital and marketing systems

A website that only describes your business is a brochure. We build sites that capture enquiries, route them to the right person and follow up automatically — and the measurement to show which effort produced which customer.

Websites that convert

Fast, accessible, readable on a phone, and built so enquiries reach a system rather than an inbox nobody checks.

Search visibility

Technical SEO, structured data and content architecture so people looking for what you do can find you.

Campaigns and nurture

Email and outreach sequences that run themselves, so a lead is never dropped because everyone was busy.

Lead capture and routing

Every enquiry recorded, assigned and chased, with nothing lost between the form and the follow-up.

Analytics you can act on

Which channel brought which customer, and what it cost — measured honestly, privacy-respecting, and only with consent.

Brand and design

Identity, design systems and templates so everything you publish looks like it came from the same company.

05

Fractional CTO

For businesses with real technology decisions to make and nobody senior to make them. A monthly arrangement giving you the judgement of a technology lead without the cost of hiring one.

What we do

  • Choose between build, buy and integrate — with reasons
  • Review vendor proposals before you sign them
  • Set a technology roadmap that matches your budget
  • Assess security, data protection and continuity risk
  • Oversee an existing development team or agency

Who it suits

  • Firms whose software has grown faster than their planning
  • Founders being sold something they cannot evaluate
  • Businesses with a developer but no technical strategy
  • Anyone about to spend a large sum on technology

Engagement and pricing

How engagements are structured.

ModelBest forHow it works
AuditKnowing what to do before spendingFixed fee. You get a written plan, costed and prioritised. Yours to keep, with no obligation to continue.
Fixed-price projectA defined outcomeWritten scope, agreed price, staged payments against milestones. Changes are quoted before they are built.
Monthly retainerOngoing work and improvementAn agreed monthly scope. Month to month after any initial term, cancellable with notice.
Care planKeeping what we built healthyHosting, monitoring, updates, small changes and a guaranteed response time.

We do not bill by the hour. Hourly billing rewards the supplier for taking longer and leaves you unable to plan. Every engagement carries a price you agree before work starts. Detailed commercial terms are in our terms of service and payment and refund policy.
